I believe that humans are good and possess everything they need to achieve wholeness. At the same time, I acknowledge how exterior forces, like social issues, affect the healing process.

I take a holistic approach to healing, acknowledging the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and relational factors that affect one’s wellness.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a trauma-healing modality that is efficient, effective, and safe. As opposed to traditional “talk therapy”, Brainspotting accesses the deep sub-cortical part of the brain where trauma is stored and provides space for your body to do whatever it needs to do to release and heal. This is a great option if you are ready to process any trauma, harmful beliefs, or emotions that are keeping you stuck.

I work with clients on a number of issues including:

  • anxiety/stress

  • PTSD / CPTSD

  • body-image issues

  • religious trauma

  • low self-esteem

    Sessions are over video-call.

Yoga

I offer individual yoga sessions which includes gentle movement, meditation, and breathwork targeted toward meeting your unique needs and goals. This practice helps you connect to your higher self, deepen self-awareness, expand your window of tolerance, and boost your resilience to stress.

Yoga is a great option if you are wanting a low-cost, time efficient way to support your nervous system and move through the day/week with more ease. It can also serve as a jumping off point into your own regular yoga practice.

Sessions are over video-call.
